Oral Presentations

The plenary lectures, the invited talks and the general oral presentations are scheduled for 40 minutes, 30 minutes and 15 minutes each, respectively, including discussions. Elapsed time for PC booting or cable connection procedure should be included in your presentation time. Since the schedule is quite tight, it is recommended that your presentation file will be copied into the equipped PC (Windows 7 or 10, PowerPoint 2016) during the break time before your presentation. If you use your own PC, it is strongly recommended to complete your PC connection test before your presentation. A VGA connector (D-Sub 15 pin) for analog display is provided. Standard audio-visual equipment available includes an LCD projector, a laser pointer, and a microphone.
